Bad Luck :(

So my turn your luck around ring's luck stopped working. Namely because the diamond fell out! I was not happy when I found out. And I've had a string of bad luck since this dreadful event. Starting with

1. The ring breaking
2. My cell phone fell out of my pocket into the toilet for the second time. Luckily this was just the beginning of my bad luck otherwise maybe my cell phone would've stopped working or got flushed down the toilet. Here it is sitting in a bowl of rice drying out for the night.
3. I dropped a glass casserole dish on my foot from about 6 feet in the air. Next day I had to use crutches.

4. This is about the worse my luck ever got, and it was bad. I went and saw New Moon. Thankfully I didn't pay for my ticket otherwise it would've made the situation worse. The only plus was jacob's black body.

Right now I'm in the search of a new diamond to replace the old one and to some how fix my ring. I don't know if I'll be able to but I'd like to turn my luck around.

Purse dog

I always wanted a yorkshire teacup poodle, because they were so tiny and cute and could fit in your purse. Well with the growing size of purses I realized I don't need a yorkshire teacup poodle to have my own purse dog. Lola works just fine.

CLoudy With A Chance of Meatballs

The other weekend me madison and shelby went to the show cloudy witha chance of meatballs. Madison And Shelby were a little weary about going because the name sounds kind of lame, you just don't really have any idea what it's going to be about. BUt they trusted me and took the plunge and watched it. And it was hilarious. I seriously looooved it. I highly suggest it to everyone. It was a 3d Version so of course we got to wear some sweet glasses for the whole show

Pure Joy.

The other day I had gone to Lethbridge with my sister Madison and her friend Shelby. In passing I had mentioned how much I love the perfume princess by vera wang but could never bring myself to buy it because it was really expensive for a little bottle. Ironically Shelby had a BIG bottle of it, that she didn't even want and she said I could have it! I am now a proud owner of princess and shelby is my favorite person in the world. It looks like my turn your luck around ring is really working!!

curling

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to try my hand at curling. What an interesting sport. First few rounds were alittle trying. I wasn't sure how much I liked it. I had no idea how hard to throw the rock and it was just weird. But after a little bit it got better and I actually scored a few points. And surprisingly I never fell on my face because in case you didn't know you have one shoe thats a slipper so you have zero grip on the ice and my other shoe might as well have been a slipper. But it was really fun and i enjoyed my first experience.

Shirley Temple.

So my roomate was throwing out a bunch a stuff and I found a little treasure. FOAM CURLERS. I had my mama put them in and the result was super springy curls. It made me think of shirley temple and her little pin curls

Turn Your Luck Around

My dearest friend Kimber went into an antique shop and when she went to make her purchases the lady at the counter gave her a little present. She said it was a turn your luck around ring. Everytime you are having bad luck you simply spin the diamond around and you will start having good luck. I asked if I could wear it the other weekend and kimber let me keep it! I was so happy. Now I will always have good luck.

art winter scene

Last night I finished the winter scene I've been working on for 3 weeks in art classes. It's amazing how much time goes into a painting. I had no idea this single painting would take me so long. It's also crazy that i can replicate a picture. I look at it beforehand and think how in the world am i actually going to make this. It's impossible. Mine will be some sort of stick figure version. But in the end it always turns out, thanks to rolande (our teacher) who patiently works with me and gives me tips and even takes over occasionally so that I'm happy with my painting.
