Yay for halloween and pumpkin carving. I don't think I've carved a pumpkin in easily 5-6 years. So I'm not going to lie, I was very rusty and my pumpkin certainly showed that. It had about 4 different faces. It started off with a witch on a broomstick. But then I poked out a part of it that wasn't suppose to come out. So I switched to the other side and tried my hand at a spider. It was going real well till it met the same fate that my witch did. By then I didn't really care what happened to my pumpkin so I let Travis Prete's nephews draw all over it and then carved out their drawings and their cute little hand prints. It was reallly fun though. I liked the uniqueness of my pumpkin and all it's flaws. Travis and Megans turned out really well though. Travis's was some extreme carving. So extreme that even though he followed all the lines it's a little difficult to tell what it is.

Madison and I have been taking art classes from a french lady in our ward name Rolande. She is very talented at what she does and I love taking classes from her. We've finished 2 paintings so far. The ones that look worse are mine. Madison is naturally gifted when it comes to painting. Rolande never has to pick up her brush and help madison's paintings she just let's madison work, where as i'm always asking rolande to come and help me and she does so very willingly so that i don't end up hating my paintings. I can't wait to keep painting and develop what little talent i have. It's been pretty rewarding so far and i'm surprised how much i like it!

Madison and Shelby discovered this cute old bike on one of their quad rides. It was about the nice last day of weather we were going to have and they wanted to get some cute sunset pictures with it. Since I don't have much of a life living in cardston I offered to go and take pictures of them. After this little photo shoot I feel like so many other people and want to get a really nice camera and take good quality pictures. But for having a cheaper canon camera I don't think I did to bad. So here are a few pictures of the beautiful madison and shelby and then just some of me
