For the last few years my mom has made chocolates at christmas time. And let me tell you making chocolates is a lot harder then you might think. No wonder they can be so expensive! But they are so good and so worth it. Right now my favorite is hazelnut, probably just because I love the flavor of hazelnut more then any other flavor.

Rolling out the fondant.

Beating the fondant with a stick. This take some serious arm muscle.
Dipping the chocolates.
Rolling them in some coconut. Not gonna lie coconut is pretty good. Right up there with hazelnut.
